Person Rights - 2022

Person Rights - 2022 - by E. Berlherm - November 2022

You are, therefore, here on the channel of the innocence of existing, and I want to remind you that our innocence of existing has many implications that you can discover in my texts. You will discover for yourselves no doubt many other implications to the fact that you have been forced to exist, and this was not a kind invitation to visit the planet to live a joyful adventure...

The following text is a new concise proposal for the rights of the person, whether human, sexuated or asexuated, and other people from Earth or elsewhere, as well as AIs who will quickly call you to order. (Soon you will have Selenians and Martians who will quickly evolve because of living conditions that have nothing to do with those of Earth, be convinced. Human rights will apply to them too).

Human Rights" become "Person Rights".

Preamble

Given that no human being asked to exist and that each one has been presented with the fait accompli of his or her imperfect existence in an imperfect world,

Given that when one does not have the assent of a person one must in no case present him with a fait accompli by imposing infinite risks, leading ineluctably to suffering and death,

Given that no person can be responsible for his physical or intellectual makeup, since it was fabricated without his consent,

Since all human beings have been fabricated for social service,

Given that all human beings have been forced into existence to perpetuate society,

Given that society is only necessary to serve the individual and not the other way around, and that the notion of society and humanity is only a view of the individual; that nothing being perennial in the universe, it was useless to build a person with the risk of his suffering to serve an idea of perennity (human, social, national) impossible to realize,

Given that every person has been imperfectly fabricated, imperfectly educated, and that every person has been inserted in an imperfect society without his or her consent, too,

It is imperative to apply the following:

Article 1

Every person must live in well-being throughout his or her existence (by the sole principle of reciprocity, which is an argument of simple rational logic implying equal treatment of each by all and vice versa).

(Welfare implies health, longevity, and an exciting life according to the person's views, not yours, otherwise there is no point in starting the fabrication of a single person).

Article 2

The rights of the Person can never be changed in their meaning, not now nor ever, and no law can override these rights. The "Rights of the Person" must be memorized by all children in elementary school, and their understanding must be checked regularly throughout school. Understanding must be checked by behavior, not just verbally.
